Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase! Products may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of receipt when returned in accordance with our Return Policy below.

105% Price Guarantee

B.O.S.S. will match any other internet supplier's the price of the exact same product (style and quantity) plus an additional 5 percent.  If you find a price lower than ours, please contact us with the url of the product and we will adjust our price accordingly.

B.O.S.S. Fitness reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time due to fluctuations in dealer prices. 

Return Policy

If you feel the need to return a product, please feel free to contact us for assistance.  We can help take care of your issues.  If there is a functional problem with a product, we can usually fix or replace the item.

• Returns may be authorized for up to 21 days after receipt
• Return Authorization (RA) must be issued and shipping directions given before returning a product.  Products returned without prior approval will not be credited
• The return authorization number must appear on each package returned.
• Merchandise must be returned complete, in “as new” condition, with all manuals and instructions and in original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for freight charges both ways.  This includes delivery charges to the customer on items sold as “Includes Delivery Charges” or “Delivered Price” or “Free Delivery”
• Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or we made an error when making the custom order product.
• Sorry, opened software and special order products cannot be returned for refund or credit.
• All products are warranted free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from invoice date.  No other warrantee written or implied exists unless specifically indicated on this website.

Shipping and Processing Charges

• Shipping and processing charges are prepaid and added to each order based on a standard purchase value schedule according to the table information below. Sorry, we currently do not ship outside the U.S.A.

Small items and lightweight shipments are sent UPS. Average delivery time for most smaller items is 5 - 14 business days depending on their origin of shipping.

• At this time we do not offer expedited delivery, but if the demand for a product or item is extremely urgent, we may be able to make arrangements with our suppliers. Orders for items are sent immediately after receipt and order processing then varies according to supplier. 
• Oversize items and heavy shipments are shipped freight carrier and therefore delivery may take longer.  Freight shipments will require a custom quote.
• With freight carrier shipments, inside delivery and installation is not available. The receiver will be responsible for unloading and installing product(s).

NOTE:  B.O.S.S. Fitness charges our customers based on the same shipping schedule as suppliers charge B.O.S.S. 

Payment Options

• We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards for payment.
• Sorry, C.O.D. is not available.

Sales Tax

State sales tax of 6% will be added to orders originating in the state of Florida and an additional surcharge tax may apply depending on the county of delivery.

Merchandise Lost/Damaged in shipment

• Inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery before signing receipt with driver
• Note any and all damage with the delivery driver in order to file a claim for damages.  Failure to note damage may result in claim denial.
• Keep all original cartons and merchandise “as received” for claim inspection.
• Damage claims must be filed with the delivery company before merchandise can be replaced.

Product Characteristics

• We are continually looking to improve our product line and we are therefore constantly updating our products.  Some products may change (style/size/color) from that displayed on the website.
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Products may be discontinued or removed without notice

Conditions applying to Assessment and Exercise and Conditioning Service Sessions:

• Rescheduling of any assessment/session requires a minimum 24-hour notice to avoid charges for that assessment/session.
• Interruption of exercise and conditioning service sessions requires a written request to David Petersen CSCS stating the reason for interruption and anticipated date of resumption.
•  Cancellation of exercise and conditioning service sessions requires a 30-day notice to avoid charges for sessions already scheduled.
• If, by any reason of death or permanent disability, the participant is unable to complete the training program of purchased sessions, he/she shall be relieved of the obligation of payment other than for services rendered prior to the onset of disability.
