These sessions are intended for athletes from high school to professional level to improve their speed, agility and quickness (SAQ) in their respective sports. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, David Petersen is well qualified to instruct and to train this key aspect of sports and athletic performance. David will cover all aspects of training, from plyometric training through the coaching of speed and agility drills. As a form of power training, plyometric conditioning requires excellent technique and a trained eye to recognize faults that may lead to injury. David will ensure that form and technique are coached to promote safety and to maximize sport performance.
This service is intended for residents of the local Pinellas areas of Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, Clearwater/Countryside, Largo, Safety Harbor and the west Tampa/Hillsboro county areas of Town and Country and Westchase.
