Fitness packages are priced as follows:
Service packages are comprised of either 1 hour or 1/2-hour -long sessions of one-on-one or online personal training and conditioning, golf specific training, power training and speed and agility training. Typically services such as core training/lower back pain rehabilitative exercise, stretching and sports massage are purchased on an as-needed basis however these services may also be purchased at the package rates if desired. Clients willing to commit to a larger volume package save on a reduced cost per session. Initially, clients may purchase a package of sessions and once used up, are then free to purchase additional sessions for a planned training schedule.

(Please note that although B.O.S.S. Fitness sessions do not have a specified expiry date, is suggested that sessions be used within an acceptable period time otherwise initial assessments lose their value in monitoring progress).
