These sessions are available to athletes and all strength-trained individuals in the Pinellas/Hillsborough (Palm Harbor, Westchase, Oldsmar, Clearwater/Countryside, Town and Country, Safety Harbor) areas looking to increase their vertical leap, leg or whole body power. After the initial functional/sports specific assessment, David Petersen will devise an integrated power training routine and observe and coach the execution of all the major Olympic style lifts such as power cleans, snatches, push jerk, power jerk and others in a one-on-one basis. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), David is well qualified to teach teenagers through the middle aged how to perform these difficult exercises with the correct, safest and most efficient technique. The unique facilities at B.O.S.S. Fitness allow for individualized training using top-of- the-line exercise equipment.
