B.O.S.S FITNESS BIA ASSESSMENT

Bodystat 1500 for bioelectrical impedance testing, BMR and hydration level measurement.This service is offered to any individual wanting to monitor changes in their body composition and to evaluate the efficiency of their training routine. The Bioelectrical Impedance Assessment (BIA) using the Bodystat 1500 is able to detect even slight changes in both fat loss and lean tissue gain, thus allowing for renewed confidence and adherence to the exercise routine. This assessment will also determine the Basal Metabolic Rate or BMR and the Estimated Average Requirement or EAR. In addition, this assessment will determine hydration status, which is particularly important for distance runners. The assessment is also intended for B.O.S.S. Fitness clients as a means of reassessment.
